Rafael "Raf" Oliveira, Senior Vice-President, joined Neuberger in 2017 and currently serves as the Head of Distribution Technology. Raf is tasked with developing the technology strategy and overseeing its implementation across various sectors including Marketing, Product Development, Institutional & Intermediary Sales, CRM, Funds, Employee Platform, Client Services & Reporting, and Funds platforms throughout the firm. Before joining Neuberger, he spent eight years at Safra National Bank of New York, where he was responsible for managing all business applications and development teams within the bank. He holds an MBA in Information Technology Management and Governance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from ULBRA University in Brazil.
