Joel has more than 30 years of experience in financial services with a proven track record in sales and solution creation. Prior to RBC, Joel held progressively senior roles across asset servicing organizations and financial services technology providers, including Director of Sales Engineering at FactSet Research Systems, Head of Solutions - Business Development Americas at BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, and Head of Sales - Canada for Eagle Investment Systems.
