REGISTRATION
- Retailers: Employees of Q retailers with a valid customer account number are eligible to attend. There is a maximum limit of 2 registrants per account.
- Exhibitors: Please contact your Q representative with exhibiting inquiries.
- Media: Members of the media, photographers, content creators, and videographers are invited to attend Frostbike 2026. To request credentials, please complete this Media Request form. Please reach out to frostbike@verdepr.com with questions.

Advanced registration for Frostbike is required. Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot!
Q has secured a limited number of discounted rooms at the Emery, Autograph Collection and the Canopy by Hilton in downtown Minneapolis.

There is no cost to register for Frostbike.
Retailers should plan to arrive in time to attend the Welcome Reception featuring the Product Showcase at 5 pm on Thursday at Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot.
If you are flying to the event, you should plan to arrive at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport. Shuttles will be provided to and from Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot and Q on a continuous loop on event days (February 27 and 28). Ground transportation to and from the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport is the responsibility of the attendee.
