Financial coaching is not only an effective way to improve an individual’s financial health, but also an important strategy for credit unions to build their community development loan portfolio while expanding access to credit in communities excluded by traditional lenders. In this session, we will highlight programs that have successfully paired lending and coaching to expand positive impact in these communities.
