Luis Pastor is the representative of  Latino Community Credit Union (LCCU). He is the former President/CEO of LCCU.  He was asked to become president of the CDCU in 2000 after serving as a volunteer. Under Luis’ leadership, LCCU developed a uniquely tailored, full range of bilingual financial products and services to help its members enter the financial mainstream and thrive fiscally. Today, LCCU is an international model for inclusion and immigrant empowerment. The credit union has grown to manage $720 million in assets and serves approximately 110,000 members, providing more than $1.3B in loans with an enviable 99.2% repayment rate.
