Iliana is the Director of Capacity Building at Neighborhood Trust Financial Partners. She leads the Pathways Program, which supports credit unions and their associated non-profit staff to provide outcomes-driven financial counseling linked to high-impact financial products. Iliana also oversees the organization’s training and technical assistance programs, empowering Financial Coaches and improving service delivery. Prior to her current role, she was an Associate Director of Programs where she supervised a team of Financial Coaches. She started her career as a Teller with Neighborhood Trust Federal Credit Union before progressing to a Loan Officer and Financial Coach. Iliana is passionate about improving the financial well-being of underserved communities and helping individuals achieve greater financial security and has dedicated over a decade to this mission.
