Ophelia Williams is a mother, grandmother, and resident of Kansas City, Kansas. For decades, she has been an advocate for her community, including her sons who are serving juvenile life sentences. She was sexually assaulted by former Det. Roger Golubski. She is a fierce and beloved member of the grassroots community that continues to advocate for justice and reconciliation for victims of the Kansas City, Kansas police force.
