As the Principal and Owner of People Strategies HI, Ku'ulani Keohokalole helps to guide and advance change initiatives within organizations to positively impact people and communities. She was raised in a matriarchal Native Hawaiian family, with a strong focus on living by her values. As a multicultural woman with Black, Mexican, and Japanese heritage, her background interest began in studying ethnic studies and working in communities to bring change to institutions of power. She brings that unique lens to the work she does consulting in organizations (non-profits, for-profits, and government sectors), helping leaders to create inclusive, engaged & effective workplaces that are people-led and community-oriented.
