Karla Baday was exonerated with the support of NCIP in 2019 after a wrongful conviction that imprisoned her for 17 years. Karla had been falsely accused of multiple counts of child sexual abuse against the children she helped raised by her ex-partner in 2002. Since her exoneration Karla has moved to Georgia and is surrounded by family and friends.
