Colleen Costello is the Head of Social Impact at Relativity. Since 2016, she has helped build and scale Relativity’s community engagement and corporate social responsibility programming to best meet the needs of the company’s global communities. She has the pleasure of working on programs such as Relativity Fellows, Justice for Change, and Relativity Gives. Colleen began her career as a high school teacher through the Teach For America program where she eventually served as a Director of Development. She lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and daughter and is passionate about education, technology, and workforce development.
