What does your RAP sheet say about your criminal history? What should it say? What does expungement really mean, and is it available? What can you do about inaccurate information in criminal background checks, and on websites? What should you tell employers or landlords who ask about felony convictions? In this interactive workshop, we will talk about participants' experiences and frustrations with the collateral consequences of criminal records, and the unique position of those who were convicted of crimes they did not commit. We'll work through a few examples based on actual criminal record errors and potential outcomes.
