Carrie Baker, assistant director of talent at the Innocence Project, has over a decade of experience working in learning and development and talent management in academia and the nonprofit sector. She has been at the Innocence Project in New York for almost three years, focusing on education initiatives and fostering a positive and productive work environment for all staff. She loves taking long walks, reading, and has recently started taking songwriting classes.
