Carrie Baker joined the Innocence Project (IP) in 2022 as the Assistant Director of Learning and Development on the Human Resources (HR) Team. She has a decade of HR experience working in academia and the nonprofit sector. In her role at the Innocence Project, she is focused on areas of staff growth and development, staff-wide training and education, and generally supporting the IP staff.
