Krista Dolan is a Senior Supervising Attorney with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) where she leads the development and implementation of impactful criminal legal system strategies in the Deep South. Prior to joining SPLC, Krista served as the Chief Advisor for justice issues in the Florida House Democratic Office. Before that, Krista spent nearly a decade litigating post-conviction issues, first with Kentucky's statewide public defender system and then with the Innocence Project of Florida. She is licensed to practice in Florida, Kentucky, and New York.
