Stephanie Kamel is an attorney and Interim Director at the Illinois Innocence Project. She graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and earned an LLM with Honors in Human Rights Law from Northwestern University School of Law. Prior to joining the Illinois Innocence Project, Stephanie practiced as a civil litigator in the San Francisco Bay Area and in criminal appellate law in Illinois.
