Radha Natarajan is committed to fighting for freedom alongside the people, families, and communities harmed by the criminal legal system. As a daughter of immigrants, Radha recognizes the intersectionality of movements for liberation and looks for opportunities to challenge the systems that keep people from thriving. Radha uses litigation and organizing strategies to confront myths and biases that lead to injustice. She started her legal career at the Roxbury Defenders and served as a public defender for 12 years before joining the New England Innocence Project (NEIP) as a Staff Attorney in 2015 and becoming Executive Director in 2018.
