Terri Rosenblatt joined the New York County District Attorney's Office in early 2022 to create and head its Post-Conviction Justice Unit. This Unit investigates claims of wrongful conviction. Prior to coming to the DA's Office, Terri headed the DNA Unit at the Legal Aid Society. She also represented clients as a public defender in the Bronx, and as an attorney in an appellate and civil rights law firm. Terri is Co-Chair of the American Bar Association's Appellate and Habeas Practice committee, serves on the Nominating committee of the New York City Bar Association, and is a past Program Chair for the American Academy of Forensic Science's jurisprudence section.
