Juan Carlos Vélez Santana is the Coordinator of the PRoyecto Inocencia de Puerto Rico. He also serves as a member of the Innocence Network Executive Board, advocating for the more efficient assessment, implementation, and oversight of Network activities and membership. In addition to these two roles, Juan Carlos currently serves as the Chair of the Innocence Network Executive Board’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.
