Terri Rosenblatt is the chief of the Post-Conviction Justice Unit at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Previously, she headed the DNA Unit at a New York City public defender's office. She also represented clients as a public defender in the Bronx and as an attorney in an appellate and civil rights law firm. Terri serves as the co-chair of the American Bar Association Appellate and Habeas Practice Committee and is a past program chair for the Jurisprudence Section of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences annual meeting. Terri is a graduate of Smith College and Brooklyn Law School.
