Anthony DiPippo was wrongfully incarcerated for 20 years in New York for a murder he did not commit. As a result of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), he has struggled with alcohol and health issues. He is currently on a path of wellness, incorporating talk therapy, breathwork, and gym workouts to cope.
