Nemesia Kelly, MPH, is the principal investigator of the Exonerated Nation VR Experience (EN-VR) and a leader in public health at Touro University California. Her work with the Health Equity and Criminal Justice (HECJ) Lab at Touro University California focuses on trauma recovery and equity in mental health services. With a participatory approach, she engages exonerees in shaping the EN-VR app, ensuring it meets the needs of the community it serves.
