Michelle Murphy was wrongfully convicted and incarcerated for 20 years in Oklahoma for the murder of her 110-day-old baby, Travis. Since release in 2014, Michelle has suffered crippling effects of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) that has impacted her health and way of living. Her journey of healing has taken her out of her comfort zone to begin to find peace, which has sparked a desire to make wellness a daily practice.
