Ashley O'Connor McCready is an attorney in Washington state and the founding partner of Justitia Collective, LLC, a law firm specializing in post-conviction legal support and the decarceration of over-criminalized persons. She is the current board president of the Washington Innocence Project. Prior to founding her own firm, Ashley served as a law clerk for Judge Leonard Feldman at the Court of Appeals, Division One, and earned her JD from Seattle University School of Law. For decades, Ashley has advocated for marginalized communities through her work with many organizations including the American Equity Justice Group, where she is currently board secretary.
