Anne Yilmaz received an MA in experimental psychology from the University of California, San Diego, where she is currently a PhD Candidate in experimental psychology. Her research focuses on the basic cognitive and brain mechanisms of memory and also on eyewitness memory. She is an author of four first-author research articles and one textbook chapter, all of which focus on memory and many of which focus specifically on eyewitness memory. In 2023, she received an Early Career Scientist award from the National Eye Institute and Vision Sciences Society.
