Joanne Sprague is the Director of Everlaw for Good, the social impact program of leading ediscovery software platform Everlaw. Everlaw for Good offers the company's products at free and highly discounted rates to legal nonprofits, pro bono practices, investigative journalists, and educators to help litigators for the public good get to the truth efficiently and cost-effectively. Joanne is a recognized social impact leader with expertise in scaling programs, partnerships, and campaigns globally. Prior to Everlaw, she spent eight years in social impact at Facebook/Meta, where she helped build the company’s first suite of products and programs focused on nonprofits, equity, climate change, and community philanthropy. She was previously the CEO of a nonprofit startup that worked to improve LGBTQ+ inclusion by educating and activating allies, and has a background in international development.
