Jyoti is an accomplished business leader in MedTech, with a proven track record of delivering innovation, driving profitable business growth and share gain as well as creating new markets. She is currently the CEO for CardioVascular and Interventional Solutions in GE HealthCare, which encompasses CardioVascular Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapies, Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac Care Pathways.

She has had multiple senior leadership roles in the company, leading various business units in the course of her 22 year career in GE HealthCare. She most recently led the Radiology Ultrasound , Breast Care, Primary Care and Handheld Ultrasound business units, for the last six years, leading impactful AI based innovations in the LOGIQ, Invenia, Versana brands as well as launching Vscan Air, GE HealthCare’s innovative first wireless Handheld Ultrasound device. Over her career, she has led Anesthesia, Ventilation and Monitoring sub-segments globally and has built expertise in working with various healthcare enterprises, fostering GEHC’s partnerships with various start-ups, research institutes, governments, ministries of health, societies & healthcare associations, , enabling cutting edge research, clinical, technology and business model innovation in Healthcare.

Jyoti is passionate about mentoring women in technology and has had many leadership roles in GE’s women’s network over the years, shaping the culture of diversity. She has been actively engaged with the Society of Women Engineers and Grace Hopper with a focus on Women in technology and business. She has served on the boards of GE HealthCare invested companies and plays an active role in the overall M&A strategy for the company.

Jyoti has a Postgraduation in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and an Engineering degree from BITS Pilani, India.
