David Minor leads business development, innovation, and strategy within the medical division of W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc, a privately held company with a legacy of innovative, market leading products. Raised in a family of successful serial inventors and intrapreneurs, David is innately attuned to taking a product from the initial idea to successful market commercialization. With several commercially successful product inventions of his own while working 15 years with Gore, David has accumulated a wide range of unique experiences which help him successfully navigate the tortuous path of creating and developing winning products in the market. He has developed expertise in transforming early concepts into viable businesses and creating realistic pathways to commercial success in a complex environment. David’s current role includes developing Gore’s medical business strategy, guiding and mentoring internal product ventures, and engaging externally to develop new partnerships and M&A opportunities.
