Lisa Boyle is a senior MedTech executive with more than 20 years of experience leading clinical strategy, innovation, and operational transformation across the global healthcare landscape. As Interim CEO and Chief Innovation Officer at Veranex, she drives enterprise strategy and integrates clinical, regulatory, quality, and product development capabilities to accelerate the delivery of life-changing medical technologies. 

Previously, Lisa served as Vice President of Global Clinical and Medical Affairs Strategy at BD, where she led enterprise-wide research initiatives and advanced innovative evidence-generation models leveraging real-world data and emerging technologies. She also held senior leadership roles at Medtronic within the Coronary and Structural Heart business, guiding global clinical operations and supporting the advancement of complex cardiovascular therapies. Most recently, she provided executive clinical leadership at JenaValve, advancing transcatheter valve programs through key clinical milestones. 

Recognized for aligning strategy with execution, Lisa builds high-performing teams and partners closely with physicians, regulators, and industry leaders to improve patient outcomes and expand access to innovation 

Lisa holds a Doctorate in Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Computing, and advanced training in clinical trial design and biostatistics.
