Marissa Boyers Bluestine is an Assistant Director of the Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Bluestine heads the Center's work as a national Technical Training and Assistance provider through the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) to help increase the efficiency of grantees and, in particular, help improve collaborative work between Conviction Review Units and innocence organizations. Bluestine joined the Quattrone Center after a decade leading the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
