Mark Godsey is the Carmichael Professor of Law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he teaches Criminal Law, Evidence and Criminal Procedure. He is a co-founder of and directs the Ohio Innocence Project. He has served on the Innocence Network Executive Board for many years and co-chairs the International Committee. He is the author of Blind Injustice: A Former Prosecutor Exposes the Psychology and Politics of Wrongful Convictions. For many years, Mark has been working with innocence lawyers and scholars from around the globe to prompt the United Nations to recognize the legal needs of innocents in prison as "international human rights."
