Reyna Hernandez is a PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of Chicago. Combining her passions and educational pursuits, she researches the effects of wrongful conviction and exoneration, focusing on how the freed and exonerated experience reentry and reintegration. She has been helping with Road 2 Reentry's development and assisting clients with their post-incarceration needs, which have been some of the coolest and most fulfilling things she has done so far.
