Libby Hugetz joined the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) Innocence Program in 2021 as a Staff Attorney on a grant-funded rotation. In her current position, she reviews new applications, advises and trains post-conviction panel attorneys, and litigates state innocence cases. She also serves as liaison to grant partners and oversees several collaborative projects, as well as a data project. Attorney Hugetz first joined CPCS in 2012 as a trial attorney in the Public Defender Division. Attorney Hugetz earned a JD from Boston University School of Law (2012) and a MA from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University (2012).
