David Owens is an Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Law, among other jobs. He has worked on civil rights and post-conviction cases for the last decade at the University of Chicago Law School, the Exoneration Project, at Loevy & Loevy, and as a board member of the Washington Innocence Project.
