Claudia Salinas is a Staff Attorney with The Innocence Center (TIC) and a state-appointed attorney for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Board of Parole. Before joining TIC, she worked as a Staff Attorney at the California Innocence Project, as a 911 Communications Dispatcher, and served as a District Representative for a California State Senator. In addition to advocating for her clients’ release from prison, Claudia serves as the Vice Chair for the Innocence Network’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, where she has led a nationwide training to all directors of Innocence Projects on DEI matters and has advocated for nationwide changes to benefit Network staff, clients, and supporters.
