Brittany O'Brien is an award-winning journalist with years of storytelling and content producing experience. She was the main anchor on the morning and noon newscasts for Western Mass News for five years, winning an Emmy in 2020 for Best Morning Newscast and an award from the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association in 2018 for the Best Feature Story. Prior to that, she spent three years at WMCT-TV in Marlborough, MA, where she held many roles, including news director, anchor, script writer, editor, photographer, and producer. As an Account Manager at Slowey McManus Communications, Britt helps develop visual storytelling and coordinates media relations for a variety of clients. Britt serves as a mentor for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and served on the Volunteer Board for Dress for Success, a nonprofit organization working to help women get back into the workforce.
