Jennifer Kamorowski joined the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project in September 2022 as screening manager. Before that, she was an assistant professor of criminology and prior to that, a defense investigator on a capital case. She earned a joint PhD in legal psychology from Maastricht University and Gothenburg University, a master's degree in Criminology, Law, and Society from George Mason University, and a law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is passionate about using research and data analysis to create a more just, fair, and transparent criminal legal system.
