Karla Baday was exonerated with the support of the Northern California Innocence Project in 2019 after a wrongful conviction that imprisoned her for 17 years. In 2002, Karla was falsely accused by her ex-partner of multiple counts of child sexual abuse against the children she helped raise. Since her exoneration, Karla has moved to Georgia and is surrounded by family and friends.
