Paola Bergallo is a professor at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella Law School in Argentina and a member of CONICET, Argentina’s National Scientific and Technical Research Council. She combines academic and advocacy work on gender, health, and rights, addressing them from comparative and empirical perspectives. She has been a pro bono advisor to the National Program on Reproductive Health, the Supreme Court's Office of Gender, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). She has been an expert witness before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and conducted research for organizations including the United Nations. She holds degrees from Stanford and Columbia Universities and Universidad de Buenos Aires.
