Brittany Murphy, an award-winning journalist, came to Slowey McManus Communications with years of storytelling and content producing experience. As managing director, she helps develop visual storytelling and coordinate media relations, along with media training, for healthcare, education, and nonprofit clients. Brittany was a main anchor on the morning and noon newscasts for Western Mass News (ABC 40/FOX 6/CBS 3) for more than five years. While there, she won a Boston New England Emmy in 2020 for Best Morning Newscast and an award from the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association in 2018 for the Best Feature Story.
