Rachel Ryon is the lead attorney of Snohomish County Public Defender Association (SCPDA)'s juvenile court unit. She previously worked as a trial attorney in the adult felony and misdemeanor unit. Rachel joined SCPDA in 2017 after working at The Public Advocate, representing clients on a variety of matters including prisoners’ rights and criminal defense. She worked as a legal intern at the Center for Justice and Accountability and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald B. Leighton, U.S. District Court, W. District of Washington. Rachel earned her BA at Pepperdine University and her JD at the University of Washington School of Law.
