Lindsey Whyte is a staff attorney at Washington Innocence Project, where she litigates to obtain DNA testing and other forms of post-conviction relief for her clients. Previously, Lindsey spent seven years as a public defender, proudly representing hundreds of clients on charges ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, both at trial and on appeal. Lindsey received her law degree from Harvard Law School, where she was a student attorney and board member of Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and Harvard Defenders, and received the Gary Bellow Public Service Award for her commitment to social justice.
