Room Rates: The base rate for the negotiated room rate is $149.00—not including taxes and destination fees. For budgeting purposes, the estimate total cost per night is $198.42. This includes parking. 

Room Types: King & Double Queen rooms available in the Motor Maid Block. 

Limited number of rooms available in the Motor Maid block for Friday, July 4th, Saturday, July 5th and Friday, July 11th.

Parking: Parking fee is NOT based on how many motorcycles are associated with each room—flat fee of $14.00 per night/per room.

Cancellation Policy:  48-hour notice required prior to arrival date.
Shipping of Personal Items Prior to Arrival: Limit of 2 packages/boxes per attendee. Handling fee of $10.00 per box/package.

Deposit Policy: covers incidentals (room service, spa treatments, in-house restaurant meals, etc.) at the hotel. Will be removed at check out if nothing extra charged.

A credit or debit card must be presented at check-in and will be pre-authorized for the full amount of your stay plus $50/day deposit. Upon checkout, the full amount of your stay and all additional charges you have made while at The Centennial will be charged to the card on file, unless a different card is specified. Any additional amounts or deposits will be released at check out.

Pet Policy: The host hotel- Centennial-Spokane is a pet friendly hotel. The Motor Maid pet policy concerning leashing of pets, where pets are allowed during convention activities, etc still applies.

 

Centennial Hotel does not offer airport shuttle service. The airport is 8 miles from the host hotel.
