The GF Flow Symposium will take place May 3–6, 2026, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.

This event is designed for contractors, engineers, project leaders, and industry partners looking to connect, learn, and see our solutions in action.

Registration is available through the online portal. Simply follow the prompts to create an account, select your sessions, and complete your registration. Registration fees are as follows: 

  • AHR 2026 Special: $795
    Register before February 13, 2026 to save $500

 

  • Early Bird Special: $995
    Register between February 14 through March 15, 2026 to save $300

 

  • Standard Registration: $1295
    Register between March 16 through April 30, 2026

 

  • On-site Registration: $1495
    Register after May 1, 2026 

We’ve partnered with the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center for significantly discounted nightly rates, where all activities will take place. 

To book your hotel under the GF Flow Symposium Group, please use the link in your registration confirmation email. 

Your registration includes access to enriching and interactive breakout sessions with powerful keynote speakers, live demos, hands-on activities, and select meals and networking events. Hotel and airfare are not included.

You should check in at the hotel registration desk to receive your hotel room keys. Once you are checked in to your room, head to the Tennessee Registration Desk in the Convention Center to pick up your badge for the GF Flow Symposium event. 

Heavy appetizers and beverages will be served at the Sunday evening Welcome Reception, the Monday evening Product Showcase Reception, and the Tuesday evening Farewell Soiree. Continental breakfast buffet and a lunch buffet are included Monday and Tuesday.

Yes! The GF Flow Symposium includes multiple networking events, hands-on demos, and interactive sessions designed to help you connect with peers, GF experts, and industry partners.

Bring a notebook, business cards, and any materials you need for sessions or meetings. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking around the resort and demonstration areas. Dress code is business casual.
