What happens when traditional adversaries work together to review wrongful conviction cases? Increasingly in recent years, prosecutor-led conviction integrity units and innocence organizations are doing just that. In the first qualitative study of its kind, the Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice has interviewed nearly 30 collaborative partners to explore the dynamics of prosecutor-defense attorney collaboration, identify challenges and successes, and provide strategies to help practitioners avoid pitfalls and create effective partnerships.
