The Rochester All-Staff Appreciation event will take place on Monday, Oct. 13, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Remote staff are invited to join colleagues online that day for a specially designed virtual celebration.

An emcee will lead teams through five rounds of questions featuring hit songs, albums and bands. You and your teammates will collaborate through a shared app and submit answers through a team captain.

Recognition for Remote Staff
If you work fully remote and live 50+ miles from Rochester, Jacksonville and Phoenix, you will also receive an email with details about receiving a gift card for a free lunch.
Join an event on campus
Of course, if you live close enough and it’s possible for you to do so, we invite you to join us at your closest Mayo Clinic campus for an outdoor block-party-style event.

As we come together to celebrate our upcoming appreciation events, let's also take a moment to express our gratitude for one another.
Staff who send an Above and Beyond Recognition or e-card by Oct. 31 can choose a backpack tote bag or a Perka water bottle as a token of appreciation. Read the details.
If you can’t collect your gift at the event or work at an off-site location, you will receive an email with instructions on how to have your gift mailed to your home address.

Staff who work fully remote and who live beyond a 50-mile radius of Mayo Clinic's campuses in Rochester, Jacksonville and Phoenix.
Remote staff in Mayo Clinic Health System are invited to attend their local events.
