Elevate Additive Summit is built to deliver value to sales team members, partner / discipline leaders (Sales, Marketing, AE, Customer Success, etc…), and all other customer facing teams.   

Good news!  Stratasys is covering all your costs at the event (food, meeting rooms, transportation during the event (to/from hotels + activities), entertainment, etc…   

Attendees are responsible for their travel costs (airfare + transportation to/from hotel), lodging (hotel guest room), and any incidentals (food, drinks, activities you elect to do outside the event).  

Once you register for the Elevate Additive Summit you will be presented with options to book a hotel at the available hotel room(s). Our expected attendees exceeds capacity for any one near-by hotel (a great testament to our growing GTM community), so we are pleased to offer TWO hotel options. These are booked on a ‘first reserved’ basis (so book early to ensure you get your preferred hotel).  Note both hotels are excellent options! 

Yes. The reservation link should allow you (hotel capacity dependent) to book additional hotel nights before or after the event. Note rates may deviate from the Stratasys preferred rate and availability is subject to hotel capacity (so booking early is encouraged).  

Yes. The reservation link will allow you to dictate if you have a guest in your hotel room.   

Seating during the Summit is limited, so we ask that only business guests join the event at the Stratasys ARCH facility during the day. Attendees are welcome to bring your spouse, significant other, or family member to stay in your hotel. Please indicate in your registration if you request a guest joins you in any of the evening networking / team-building activities.    

Guests staying at the Marriott Minnetonka Southwest can walk (< 5 mins) to the Stratasys ARCH facility. Stratasys team members will be present to direct you during the event. For guests staying at the Sheraton Bloomington, Stratasys will arrange bus transportation 8-10am and 5-7pm each day.  
 

Here comes guidance based upon the attendee type 

• General Attendees (non-presenters) are encouraged to arrive to the hotel < 6pm Tue 13-May. For those attendees participating in the Regional Break Out Sessions or Partner Meetings on Fri 16-May, you are encouraged to book a flight > 4pm 16-May   
• Presenters (Stratasys / Partner / Customer) – you are encouraged to fly in evening of Mon 12-May or early Tue 13-May. Please check with Jess.Whisney@Stratasys.com for your rehearsal date + time to ensure you book travel accordingly. Presenters not attending the regional break-outs on Fri 16-May are welcome to fly out Thu 15-May > 7pm (or Fri 16-May AM).
