Dress attire is business casual during the daytime sessions and smart casual (jeans are acceptable) during the evening events.

Weather

Mid-May is a turning point for Minnesota weather (could be summerlike and occasionally it is below average). Guests are encouraged to watch for the forecast and pack / dress accordingly. Averages are listed below.

Local Attractions

There are many different options if you choose to spend free time before or after the Summit exploring the many diverse options that Minnesota / Minneapolis has to offer (important note – any elective activities outside the Elevate Additive Summit are the responsibility of the individual to research, book, and pay for) Of the many options, here are a few:

Golf – there are over 175 golf courses in the Minneapolis / St Paul metro area, with many being public. Good public golf options near Stratasys ARCH facility include Braemar Golf Course, Bluff Creek Golf Club, Chaska Town Course, Deer Run Golf Club (and many more) 

Walking – there are many walking tracks immediately from the Marriott Minnetonka facility inside the business park. Generally walking around either of the preferred hotels is safe, but always important to be aware of your surroundings.

Shopping – many options are withing a short drive from our facility. There are not state taxes on clothing and essential items, making Minnesota a destination for domestic and international shoppers looking for deals. Options include: Galeria Edina, Mall Of America, Twin Cities Premium Outlets, Eden Prairie Center.

Art / Museums – Minnesota offers a wide range of opportunities to experience modern art, science, and historical museums. These include Minneapolis Institute of Art, Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, Mill City Museum, Weisman Art Museum (and many more).
