We're celebrating you and all you do. Whether creating extraordinary patient experiences or forging joyful relationships with colleagues, you bring our RICH TIES values to life. 

The Rochester All-Staff Appreciation event will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Remote staff are invited to join colleagues online that day for a specially designed virtual celebration or attend their local events.

Schedule for the virtual celebration:

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. CT  

Mayo Today: Live from Peace Plaza
Enjoy entertainment and inspiring speakers live from Peace Plaza in downtown Rochester. 

1 – 1:30 p.m. CT 

Laughter Yoga 
Join in to relieve stress and bond with colleagues. 

1:30 – 2:30 p.m. CT 

Boom Box Trivia (Music Trivia)
An emcee will lead teams through five rounds of questions featuring hit songs, albums and bands. You and your teammates will collaborate through a shared app and submit answers through a team captain.

2:30 – 4 p.m. CT 

Escape Quest
Is it an escape room? A scavenger hunt? Yes to both! Can you make it out before your time runs out? Join in to find out.

4 – 4:30 p.m. CT 

Brainwave

6:00 - 6:45 p.m. CT 

Special Guest Performance
Enjoy the sounds and entertainment of a special guest performance streamed live from Downtown Rochester.

Recognition for Remote Staff 
If you work fully remote and live 50+ miles from Rochester, Jacksonville and Phoenix, you will also receive an email with details about receiving a gift card for a free lunch.

Join an event on campus 
Of course, if you live close enough and it’s possible for you to do so, we invite you to join us at your closest Mayo Clinic campus for an outdoor block-party-style event.

As we come together to celebrate our upcoming appreciation events, let's also take a moment to express our gratitude for one another.  

Staff who send an Above and Beyond Recognition or e-card by Sept. 18 can choose a Mayo Clinic-branded technology organizer or travel kit as a token of appreciation. Read the details. 

If you can’t collect your gift at the event or work at an off-site location, you will receive an email with instructions on how to have your gift mailed to your home address. 

Who will receive the digital gift card? 
Staff who work fully remote and who live beyond a 50-mile radius of Mayo Clinic's campuses in Rochester, Jacksonville and Phoenix.

Remote staff in Mayo Clinic Health System are invited to attend their local events.
